• The 8×4 metre concrete tiled swimming pool was developed in close collaboration with our clients to deliver a design that maximised space and natural light, to meet their specific aesthetic and functional goals.

The pool is tiled in deep blue glass mosaic tiles with an iridescent sheen, reflecting light in a way that produces a vibrant, ever-changing palette of colour. This effect enhances the water’s visual appeal, giving it a rich, inviting presence.

A sloped skylight forms a central design feature, offering expansive views of the surrounding countryside while flooding the pool hall with natural light.

The interior finishes were chosen to complement and elevate the space. Light tones were used throughout the pool hall, with split face quartzite used to frame the skylight, adding texture and a sense of focus. Adjacent walls feature large-format marble-effect tiles, brought to life with recessed lighting that adds subtle depth and contrast. A continuous LED strip lighting system provides a clean, even illumination. Overhead, a white Barrisol stretch ceiling by Imperial completes the space with a modern, refined finish.

Adjacent to the pool, a Tylo soft sauna enhances the wellness experience. Clad in Thermo Aspen panelling with Thermo Elder benches, it offers a warm and calming environment. The Tylo Combi model selected for this project combines traditional sauna and steam functions, offering a gentle, soft sauna experience while achieving up to 25% energy savings over standard systems. Integrated infrared panels provide deep, therapeutic heat, adding further health and relaxation benefits.
